01 · Problem
Chilean users lacked a clear channel to regularize debts and financial institutions were losing significant collections. Sensitive data (PII) + LATAM financial compliance + need to serve multiple commercial brands from the same technical platform.
02 · Process
As Frontend Architect I orchestrated Django microservices with Vue/Nuxt frontend: eligibility → offer → payment. PII handling with encryption in transit and at rest. Bureau integrations + KYC verification. White-label branding to serve Santander, Santander Consumer and Scotiabank from a single codebase.
03 · Result
Platform with 3 brands in production (Santander, Santander Consumer, Scotiabank) serving the Chilean market. Measurable improvement in collection operational efficiency and end-user experience (detailed metrics under NDA).
